TOXINS STORED IN YOUR FAT CELLS ARE MAKING YOU FAT AND SWOLLEN. HERE’S HOW TO CLEANSE THEM

Unfortunately, we are all living in a toxic environment, being constantly exposed to chemical-laden foods. Therefore, toxicity is almost impossible to avoid, which means that our digestive system and liver can easily become overwhelmed. We are all designed to continuously and naturally remove toxins from the body.

There are two kinds of toxins: water-soluble and fat-soluble. Water-soluble toxins are easily flushed out of the body via the blood and kidneys, but the fat-soluble toxins are a challenge for the body to remove.

According to medical experts, if people keep their stress levels, digestion and detoxification functions in balance, they can prevent the toxin accumulation in the body.

How It Works

During digestion, the nutritional and toxic fats are transported through the stomach in the small intestine where they are emulsified by the bile secreted from the liver and gallbladder.

The small intestine consists of millions small mucous membranes which absorb the nutritional fat and send the toxic fats to the liver in order to be properly processed. This is the natural body detoxification pathway. So, if this detox pathway is not functioning properly, the toxic fats get accumulated in the body.

The Most Important ½ Inch of the Body

GALT (gut-associated lymphoid tissue) is the gastrointestinal tract`s immune system. It covers the entire intestinal tract and it is the most important half inch of the human body.

The ¼ inch on the inner side of the gut wall must contain the villi and lacteals (mucous membranes), and the ¼ on the outer side of the gut (the lymph tissue) should not be congested.

The lymphatic system on the outer side receives all the absorbed fats back to the liver where h good fats are prepared for being used as cholesterol, hormones, cell membranes, skin and brain cells.

Further on, the toxins are properly processed by the liver and are prepared for being removed. If the lymphatic system is congested, the natural process of using the good fats and eliminating the bad fats is obstructed.

Here are the symptoms associated with congested GALT affecting the lymphatic system:

  • Bloating
  • Breast swelling and painfulness during the menstrual cycle
  • Extra layers of fat around your belly
  • Hypersensitivity
  • Skin irritations or itching
  • Stiffed and painful joints
  • Swollen hands and feet
  • Elimination concerns
  • Headaches (from time to time)

There are various factors, such as unhealthy diet and stress, which can lead to irritation of the intestinal villi and interfere with the normal function of the bowels. Moreover, excessive stress can dry out the intestinal villi, which results in periodic constipation. Chronic constipation can dry out the villi (grass-like mucous membranes), forcing them to create reactive mucus.

In case of excessive mucus, the bowel movements can be normal (1-3 a day) but this does not mean you are healthy. Moreover, you can still feel bloated and have extra fat around the abdominal area. In case of even more excessive mucus production, it can result in diarrhea and frequent bowel movements. Therefore, if you notice some mucus in your stool, call your doctor immediately. This means that the distribution of good fats, elimination of toxic fats, the proper immune response, and the health of the intestinal skin as a barrier for toxins is obstructed.

Under normal circumstances, toxic compounds which are absorbed in the lymph are neutralized by the white blood cells in more than 500+ lymph nodes in the lymphatic system. However, in case of excessive mucus, the toxins go back to the liver.

Therefore, it is recommended that you keep the balance- the intestinal tract should not be too dry or too wet. Other factors which contribute to irritation include: constant stress, processed foods, soft drinks, coffee, food additives and hyperacidity.

Where Do These Toxic Fats Go?

Optimal bile secretion and flow is crucial for people`s health. Bile helps the absorption of fats and plays an essential role as an immune responder in the digestive tract. The bile bolts down bacteria, parasites, pesticides, heavy metals, and various other harmful substances.

It the diet consists of high amount of fiber, this bile will be eliminated together with all other waste. However, if the diet is deficient in fiber, almost 94% of the bile with all the toxins is reasorbed in the liver in order to be processed again. This overburdens the liver because it is not prepared for the return of these toxins.

Over time, the liver becomes congested and the bile becomes thick and sludgy, making the hamburger, heavy metals, heavy metals and other fat-soluble toxins difficult to break down and properly digest.

What Happens When the Liver Becomes Overwhelmed?

In case of congested liver and biliary tubes with thick bile full of toxins, the liver pushes the fat-soluble toxins in the bloodstream. These toxins store in the fat cells where they can stay for years and lead to oxidation and cell degeneration (damage caused by free radicals ). These toxins can accumulate in any fatty tissue throughout the body, including the brain. The neurotoxins can causecognitive disorders and many other health problems.

Burn Fat to Burn Toxins

This is the reason why Ayurveda is focused on convincing the body to burn fat. it is not about weight loss, but rather for the fat metabolism which is the body`s detox fuel and it is crucial for our body to eliminate these fat cells in order to turn over and flush toxins.

Once the nervous system is relieved from stress, the body can normally burn fats.

Food Allergies and Inability to Absorb Good Fats

Many people are unable to absorb good fats since the villi and the lymph around the gut are congested. This is why so many people have dairy, wheat and soy allergies. These foods are considered as heavy, difficult to digest and with high mucus content.

So, if there is excessive mucus in the gut, and the gluten is not properly digested in the stomach and upper small intestine, the gluten causes irritation in the intestinal wall and stimulates the production of even more reactive mucus. This seriously affects the ability of the intestinal wall to act as protective barrier in the body.

Liver and gall bladder cleansing recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 big grapefruit, or 3 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons of Epsom Salts
  • ½ Cup of Virgin Olive Oil
  • Apple juice or malic acid supplements (optional)

Directions:

It is important, that you eat as many apples, or drink as much apple juice as you can for 4-5 days before your cleansing treatment. Also, you can take malic acid supplements. In the last 2 days, drink 8 oz of apple juice every 2-3 hours. In this way, you will ensure the success of the cleansing procedure.

After this, on the first day of your cleansing procedure, eat a light breakfast with no fat. Thus, you will enable the bile in your liver to accumulate, putting pressure in your liver. This pressure will eliminate more stones in your liver.

At 2:00 PM, the same day, mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts in 3 cups of water, and pour the mixture in a jar. Store the jar in the fridge to cool.  Do not drink or consume any foods after 2 PM.

At 6:00 PM, drink 3/4 cup of the previously prepared mixture. Its taste may be unpleasant for you, so you can add 1/8 tablespoons of powdered Vitamin C to improve the flavor.

At 8 PM, drink another 3/4 cup of this mixture. Get all your errands done, and prepare for the liver flush. It is extremely important to note that you shouldn’t do anything after doing a liver cleanse, just lying down and sleeping.

At 9:45 PM, pour 1/2 cup of virgin olive oil into a jar. Squeeze the entire grapefruit into the mix, removing the pulp with a fork, or chopsticks. You should have 1/2 to 3/4 cups of grapefruit juice mixed with the virgin olive oil the jar. Close the jar, and shake it very hard until it is all liquid.

At 10 PM, drink this mixture. Try to consume the whole mixture in 5 minutes.

After this, lay down in your bed. Lay on your right side, with your right knee up towards your chin for 20 or so minutes. Stay still, and do not move at all, if possible. Try to sleep.

The next morning, when you wake up, drink a third dose of your 3/4 cup Epsom salts, and you can go to sleep again after that. Drink the last dose of the mixture with Epsom salts two hours later. Only after 2 more hours can you eat anything, but do not eat solid fruits just yet. You can start with liquids, and move slowly to fruit.

This cleansing detox procedure is extremely effective. Remember, you are the only one responsible for your own health, so help your body when in need!
