This is the diet plan:

Day 1

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, half a grapefruit, 1 cup of coffee or tea (with caffeine);

Lunch: 1 slice of toast, half a cup of tuna, 1 cup of coffee or tea;

Dinner: 1 cup of green beans, 3 ounces of any meat type, half banana, 1 small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream.

Day 2

Breakfast: 1 slice of toast, half a banana, 1 egg;

Lunch: 5 saltine crackers, 1 hard-boiled egg, a cup of cottage cheese;

Dinner: Half a cup of carrots, a cup of broccoli, 2 hot dogs without bun, half a banana, half a cup of vanilla ice-cream.

Day 3

Breakfast: 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, 1 small apple;

Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 slice of toast;

Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, a cup of vanilla ice-cream, half a banana.

You mustn’t consume anything more or less than the mentioned amount. Follow the diet strictly! It might seem simple in the beginning. It has everything you need to lose weight quickly and provide nutrients to the body at the same time so that you can stay fit with a reduced weight!
